Detailed Itinerary


1st day: Biking Saigon to CaiBe Town (25 ~ 50km, L, D).
Our team pick you up at your loby's hotel. Transfer to Long An for cycling to My Tho, lunch at Mekong Restop & rest. Afternoon, we bike to CaiBe along the backroads and end this day at boat station for a boat trip to visit coconut candy workshop, rice-paper, pop-corn & pop-rice. Arrival homestay island before biking more onto village to a lovely family of Ba Vu. They live in a typical Mekong Riveside Vietnamese house, with a basic accommodation and outdoor-linked rooms. Enjoy dinner and save your energy at a good meal will be prepared by hosts.

2nd day: Biking Cai Be to Vinh Long and to Tra Vinh (40 ~ 70km, B, L, D). 
Follow your breakfast at this riverside of Mekong, Biking a short distance to reach Vinh Long, one of the famous fruits town in this Delta, cycle on the narrow country paths, easy dirt roads and single-trails. It is cyclinging at the most glorious through many little farms, witness local lives along the river-banks, pedal over picturesque people houses, stopover to talk with welcoming vill@gers, clack across innumerable wooden bridges. Cross narrow canals on a local sampan, before finishing at the main ferry for a refreshing boat trip across the expansive CoChien River. Cycling the last stage to the very nice Khmer town of Tra Vinh. There will be plenty of time to explore side tracks and trails as the cycling distance today is not far. This gives a great first impression of the Mekong-Delta. Stay in standard hotel in Tra Vinh.

3rd day: Biking Tra Vinh to Can Tho (45 ~ 80km, B, L, D).
A special long biking day as much of the area is populated by Khmer minority. A region of architecture is attracted and many Khmer pagodas for picture stop and admire en route. Cycling as much or as little as is preferred; the road is peaceful, narrow and very pretty all the way to Can Tho. Pedal to Ao-Ba-Om with its magnificent lotus flowers, and observe local women having their future predicted in the small temple nearby. At the middle way, pause to visit a local Buddhist pagoda school if possible. Finally @rrive in Can Tho, the Mekong’s largest city located at the confluence of the Can Tho and Hau Giang rivers. Overnight is in Can Tho.

4th day: Biking Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City (25 ~ 45km, B, L).
St@rt this cycling day by boat, we embark on a morning boat trip to explore the bustling floating market of Cai-Rang, where hundreds of local people trade on Can Tho river, before heading up a quiet canal for more cruising along winding waterways. We then ride along back countryside roads along the river-banks, taking in the breath-taking Mekong Delta landscape, and greeting locals. The scenery is peaceful and dotted with bananas trees and fruit orchards and you can also visit other local markets along the way to watch how the local merchandisers run their businesses. After lunch, return to Saigon around 5pm by our private transport & end our Mekong-Delta-Bike-Tour-4-days.
